They're closing!!!! Another memory from my misspent youth. I'm home on family business and stopped by. Ribs still as delicious as years ago but collards are so so and the garlic bread isn't as good. Order at the counter and they'll bring it to you. But go in soon. Early April will be the end of this last location when the owners retire.

Had an enjoyable last minute lunch with the wife when we both had a hankering for bbq. While it's not the best i've had it did the trick and in some ways surprised me. My brisket sandwich was decent but my wife's pulled pork one had a smoker more seasoned flavor. The wings came out perfect with a smokey and rich bbq flavor, i believe we had buffalo sauce added as well. The sides of mac and cheese plus mashed potatoes were tiny but for a heavy meal a perfect addition. (Mix some of their hot bbq in it and yhusss). Finally the cole slaw nicely balanced some of the heat after i added too much of the "killer" sauce lol. Overall enjoyable meal and fair prices, i'd like to see better quality / flavor from the brisket but that's about it.

Was here 10 years ago and the quality was consistent as the last. Look, ima bit spoiled after spending so much time in Texas and nothing compares! The smoke flavor and rings here are excellent! Brisket was tender just not as broken down as I prefer, but again, I'm spoiled . You will not be disappointed, I promise.

When my inner fat boy needs to be satisfied, this is my place to go. Their ribs are always delicious, but my regular go to is there fried catfish which is cooked really nicely in a cornmeal batter. It is definitely a downhill local kind of place. Nothing fancy, but it's solid good country cooking. It has gator bites, fried chicken, gizzards, and other southern types of food that you can't find in most places. So forget the Weight Watchers points and come have a good Plate of comfort food.

Really, really, really delicious! I got the baby back rib dinner with fries, green beans, coleslaw and garlic bread. My boyfriend got the brisket dinner with collard greens, corn on the cob and corn bread. I love when a place slices the brisket instead of serving chunks, brings me back to my Louisiana childhood. Everyone on staff was very sweet and the food came out super quick! Cute inside as well :) very happy!

Nice bbq place, service was nice! The brisket I would highly recommend, it was very tender and flavorful! They have you order at the front and wait at the table, so make sure you look at some pictures from yelp to see what else looks good.

The food wasn't too bad. This was a quick stop through. I ordered through the drive thru. Server was okay, there wasn't a long wait. Can't speak on the ambience inside but parking lot had few cars. Won't mind stopping in again in the future but won't say I'm running back.

Alright, it was getting a little late at night, we figured, hey, how bad could it be. This sounded great, just what we were looking for.so we got a little bit of everything. my wife gave me a box loaded with everything. The baked beans, holy moly, amazing. Next, pulled pork of course. Wow usually it's just pork, thrown on a plate, not here, wow, amazing, well of course I throw some beans on it and just amazing. Also, just have to add, the bbq sauce is great, not too spicy, there is a sweet one, I tried it, a little too sweet for me, but oh well. Next are the ribs. I love ribs, I started in on them, at first, I judged them, meh, not the best. Pulled a rib off, started on the next, and the next. Well, you couldn't talk to me anymore because I was eating so fast. Wow, I changed my mind, they were fantastic. Now I had a chance to try some others, I moved on to the Mac and cheese, don't pass on this. I could have ordered an entire huge bowl of this for, well, anytime. Really, really good, I highly recommend it! I thought we were done, but no, there's still potato salad. Okay, first bite, pretty good. Anyway, not sure what happened hahahaha, about halfway through it, all I can say is it is amazing. Top notch. I have to say, next time I will have to go there so I can load up an entire table and make sure I get a full to go for lunch or dinner. I will say, they did pack the to go very well, many places just shove everything in, this was placed nicely.
